Booking
How do I book an appointment?
Online, at any time, through the booking system: it shows live availability and current pricing. Book online here. If you would rather ask something first, use the contact form, call +44 7555 739902 or send a message on Instagram.
What are your opening hours?
The clinic is open 6 days a week, with late appointments on Wednesday and Thursday until 19:00, and 09:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays. The full week is listed on the contact page.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes. Wednesday and Thursday run until 19:00, and Saturday mornings are available from 09:00 to 13:00.
What happens if I need to cancel or rearrange?

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. Vouchers are bought in the salon and can be put towards any treatment, at any value you choose. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Your first appointment
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Every treatment begins with a consultation, where your skin and your medical history are assessed and a plan is agreed. It is also where expectations are set honestly, including where a treatment is not the right fit for what you are hoping to achieve.
Is there a charge for the consultation?
No. Consultations are free, and there is no obligation to book a treatment afterwards. If a treatment is not right for you, you will be told so.
Which treatments need a patch test?
Laser Hair Removal, Lash Lift and Tint, Brow Lamination and Tint and Waxing and Tinting. The timing is listed on each treatment page, and a patch test is arranged when you book rather than on the day.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. All treatments are for clients aged 18 and over.
What if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Tell Lottie when you book and at consultation, and the plan will be adjusted accordingly.
Treatments and results
How many sessions will I need?
It depends entirely on the treatment and on your skin. Every treatment page carries a "Good to know" panel giving the typical course, the time it takes, any downtime and when results tend to show. Start with the treatment menu.
Will I need time off afterwards?
Most treatments have no downtime at all. The main exception is NeoGen Plasma, where the skin goes through a visible healing phase. Each treatment page states its downtime plainly, so you can plan around it.
Are the before and after photographs real?
Two kinds are shown, and each is labelled. Clinic photographs are Lottie's own clients. Manufacturer cards from BTL and NeoGen carry the supplier's own caption stating the device, the number of treatments and the interval afterwards. Results vary between individuals. See the gallery.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
That is what the consultation is for, and it is genuinely the point rather than a formality. Come with the concern rather than the treatment name, and the plan gets built around it.

Where is the clinic?
The Laurels, The Street, Badwell Ash, Bury St Edmunds, IP31 3DP. It is a private clinic in the Suffolk countryside, a short drive from Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket and Diss. There is a map on the contact page.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is free parking on site.
