What it is
EMSCULPT NEO is a non-invasive body treatment that delivers radiofrequency and HIFEM+ electromagnetic energy simultaneously. The radiofrequency warms the tissue, which both prepares the muscle for the work ahead and heats fat cells past the point at which they survive. The HIFEM+ energy then triggers muscle contractions far beyond what voluntary exercise can produce.
The reason the two are delivered together rather than in sequence is that the warming makes the muscle contractions more effective, in the same way a warm-up does before training. It is the only treatment of its kind that addresses fat and muscle in a single thirty-minute session.
It is not a weight-loss treatment and it does not replace exercise. It is a way of addressing a specific area that is not responding to consistent effort, which is a conversation worth having honestly at consultation.

What to expect
Consultation and assessment
The area is assessed, your medical history reviewed and realistic expectations set. The treatment is intended for a defined BMI range, which is checked at this stage.
Preparation
Applicators are positioned over the treatment area. You stay fully clothed apart from the area being treated, and nothing is injected.
Treatment
Radiofrequency and HIFEM+ run together for thirty minutes. You feel intense warmth and strong muscle contractions, which is what the treatment is doing rather than a side effect of it.
Straight back to your day
There is no downtime. Some people feel as though they have trained hard the following day, which settles quickly.
